lol, i wish more cops would do that. people need to stay out out of the passing lane and check their rear view mirrors!

He cut the guy a break. That was my first ever ticket when I was a teenager. I figured if I kept driving slow I wouldn't get a speeding ticket...never thought about obstructing traffic.

I wonder if the driver went back into the fast lane. He didn't get a ticket, so he probably thought the officer was just in a hurry. He didn't know why he was pushed over to the correct lane.

Trivia question: can anyone name the specific stretch of road where this incident took place? I haven't lived here for almost 10 years, and spotted it almost instantly!

one reason why i do not like cops. they think they have this god given right to get on everyone's rear end because everyone is supposed to get out of their way.

Calico,

I am thinking it's I-80 west, as the road descends towards the Denville Exit 39 for Rt 46. You pretty much got it.
