I live next town over and frankly other than MILK and EGGS, the rest of the stuff has not been any of my favorites, but prices are COMPETITIVE but they are much more money that BASICS nearby.
I do not see them doing very well, NO PRICES OR SELECTION = KAPUT STORE SOON !

In this bad Economy prices MATTER !!!
Aldi has 1,400 stores just in the US - every one I've been to has been busy. They're not going anywhere anytime soon.
I have shopped at Aldi in Linden, New Brunswick and one I think was in Neptune. All were clean stores with a wide range of products. Everything I got there was just fine and really inexpensive. They have a lot of tasty looking frozen foods for a lot less than you'd pay anywhere else!
