Hi I was wondering if anyone knew of a property listed in secaucus, it's an unbuilt home - 14 mutillod lane? The listing has been active for the past 4-5 months, and I know atleast 1 negative aspect of it is the irregular log size, and two, the location? Does anyone have any insights on this property and why it hasn't been sold to a potential buyer, what's the deal?

The area sucks ansd is surrounded by the NJ Turnpike , route 3 and Paterson Plank road. all you will hear for 24 hours a day is traffic noise. It is probably one of the least desirable locations in the town. The road is about was wide as my driveway.

Pro: It's very close to a delicious Indian restaurant, Con: as rscalzo said it's surrounded by 2 highways and one major road that have heavy volume of traffic almost around the clock.

Log cabins just aren't very popular in that area, thus making it undesirable for resale.
Then, when you factor in the irregular size of the logs, that makes it impractical when it comes to repairs.
