Best commute from Bayonne to Lower Manhattan?

I just moved to Bayonne and work in lower Manhattan (on the water) I have looked into several options to get to that area every morning but have only tried this route so far:

I drive to a parking lot near Paulus Hook at Exchange Place Jersy City (I found the parking garage through an app called "Park whiz" The app Park whiz helps find a parking place both monthly and daily and gives a discount for the 1st month.

I Walk about 10 min from Garage to the Paulus Hook Ferry which takes you to Pier 11 NY on the water or I sometimes take the PATH at Exchange Pl if I miss the Ferry. The PATH is close to Paulus Hook and the ferry only runs every 15 min.

Another option that I want to explore is the Light Rail in Bayonne either at 34th St or 45th. But the problem is getting to the light rail.

Does anyone know if there is a bus that goes to the light rail?

FINALLY! Someone from where I moved from.

Firstly.... sorry you have to live in Bayonne.

Secondly. OP: Light Rail... 8th St, 22nd St, 34th or 45th.. (usually along Avenue E for 3 out of 4 of those... 8th St too,kinda...) To Exchange Place. PATH to WTC.

Or... All the way to Hoboken. You could. PATH to 33rd.

Newport stop is dumb... For PATH as well as LR, but it is there.
