Also delivery date may be different from model to model. Highgrove, Avalon and Waverly are larger model and it might take longer time to complete. However if you have yorkshire, Jefferson Square or courtland gate model, you can expect to have earlier delivery date.

Default Ryan Home Reviews?

We are looking at one of the models at Redshaw. Started looking at reviews online, which is getting a little concerning.

Anyone know if Ryan Homes is a good builder or have had experience with Ryan Homes? Getting nervous with some of the 100s of complaints across various parts of the country.

Hi Everyone!!! I am actually looking to buy my second Ryan Home now, and loved the first one! I bought a Courtland in Florence, NJ about 5 years ago, and now am looking at Redshaw at the Victoria Falls, since the prices in Old Bridge are too much for the Courtland. Just did a cost estimate with the sales rep yesterday, and loved the location for work. I will keep everyone updated, so far so good though!!

I am also concern about online reviews, however homes in this community are getting sold very fast.
I did looked into Ryan home's review but not found anything major for NJ communities.

When I bought at the Ryan community, Manors in Florence, there were alot of bad reviews there too, but the sales guy told me that if you look at where they are from, 99% of the claims aren't from New Jersey. I can tell you from personal experience that this will be the 4 new construction i have purchased. 1st time was Khov - i had problems with quality, 2nd time was a small builder, Hammer Homes, who was good, 3rd time was Ryan, and they were by far the best. Sales process and Production.

Thanks Chrisw3boys!
As you have lived in Ryan homes previously, do you know how their warranty program works? I know all homes might have some minor defect but as long as builder provide good warranty service it should be okie. Also builder claims their homes are very energy efficient, whats your experience on it?
