New Jersey Transit
I checked NJ transit schedule, all of them seem to be transferring at Summit or Newark.
6406, 6410 in the morning, 6431, 6437 in the evening.

Look at the full schedules at the bottom of this page for a better understanding: Westfield is on the Raritan Valley Line, Millington is on the Gladstone Branch of the Morris & Essex Lines.

I would agree. Both Bonnie Burn Rd and Somerset St (Watchung Circle) get significant backups that will reliably cost you minutes. And US-22 is obviously never a very pleasant experience. Once you get past there there aren't too many issues, but I would probably go with 10 min over what Google Maps is quoting.

We ultimately decided on Long Hill because we didn't see much difference between the schools and preferred the size of house and land that was possible in Long Hill. I've heard positive reports about the High School - note that it is a large school - around 1200 students I believe - but that certainly enables more specialization than at the smaller schools. Also Pre-K is full day in Long Hill as of last year
2050 students. (Warren, Watchung, Long Hill, Green Brook).
