Customers gift us these kind of cookies from time to time. It’s always a 60+ person gifting them. They’re the kind of cookie that you pass on when you first see them but later on if you’ve got the munchies and there’s nothing else you say to yourself “ok, these will do” and you have one
i have been guilty of biting the chocolate covered ends off of these cookies and then tossing the rest.
Those cookies are disgusting. So much for your theory about who likes them. But keep lumping us all into your preferred category. The group that hates those cookies also couldn't give a flying patoot.
what do you mean? i was asking people what groups like them:

but we both know that the largest group that likes these cookies are BOOMERS!!!!! but that doesnt mean they all do.
I saw these from time to time as a kid, also not a fan of these. As a kid, the cookies I really looked forward to were those sugar cookies that came in the round blue tin container. I don’t know how to post pictures here but hopefully someone knows what I’m talking about. If you had a Latina mom that tin container would get repurposed as a container for a sewing kit or jewelry.
My mother was not a Latina (tho her DNA did turn up 3% Iberian and her ancestors came here from Holland with a Spanish last name, lol) but we sewed when we were kids, and she had one of those tins full of buttons.
I think it was a tea-bag tin, though. My mother baked, so we rarely had store-bought cookies.
No, we don't know that but you hold on tight to your stereotypes if it makes you feel better. I guess the boomers I know actually have taste.
im glad that you seem to know superior boomers!
my mom also brought these lobster tail things. i have had really awesome lobster tail things but hers were filled with a dense cheese filling that had some lemon flavor. they are supposed to be filled with whipped cream! my mom is off dessert duty!!!

the boomer stuff is a direct result of all the anti-millennial and anti-youth stereotyping. people think that they can just attack an entire generation of people (and i bet most think its ok because they "are right") but its not ok for it to be done back to them.
