Wow!!!! I thought those were HOA dues for the year amounting to $300 per month. That's ridiculous paying 3K a month in HOA fees for a 200k condo!

I was drooling over the apartment until I saw that... looked too good to be true.

The building has other apartments that have slightly more sane maintenance charges but look kind of meh in comparison. The pool looks just ok too.

There is another listing in Fort Lee with HOA fees of $4700+ per month.
