As to different, I know WWP schools are highly competitive academically. Kids are under a lot of pressure from parents to be successful and overachieve. A lot of kids are privately tutored outside of school so a kid who just goes to school to learn will likely be middle of the pack. As adults we know there is nothing wrong with being in the middle, especially in such a high level district, but be prepared to give your kid a bit more emotional support on that point so that they know they don’t live or die by how they compare to their peers.
As to Princeton schools, I can’t say if the same attitude prevails. But when it comes down to it, your priorities as a parent and how you raise your kid will overrule the school influence, for the most part.
