Is Kearny, NJ “racist”? (Clifton, Bloomfield: living in, moving to, wealthy)

We lived in Kearny for years and are white. We lived in the northern section which is the manor section and the grammar school is Roosevelt School. It is rated highly for a public school in Kearny and Hudson County. When our eldest was finishing grammar school we decided to move to a town with a better public high school. The property taxes over 25 years ago were about 12K. So we moved for better schools and to get away from high taxes. We sold our home to my brother in law who did the same thing for 6 or 7 years and sold to an italian family. Is that white flight for us? Don't know, I would say we moved for greener pastures.

Caucasian Kearneyans coordinated a racial Exodus to go gentrify the next town. It's a repeating cycle to oppress BIPOC.

I had to lookup BIPOC, but I think its not inclusive because white is a color, so EVERYONE is BIPOC.

Crime is everywhere and I know Kearny, NJ is no exception but why did so many whites leave Kearny all of a sudden?

but are whites indigenous? when the Earth gave life to humanity, the people that made up the tribes of North America were beamed down upon the land and given ownership of it. They did not EVER aggress, displace or conquer any other person. their footsteps were the first to ever touch this land, therefore creating a sacred covenant with god "Double Stamp No Erasies"

Well why are hispanic people moving into Kearny? Why arent they moving to other areas? Isnt that racist?

Lets just be real the idea of diversity is a complete fantasy. People live in communities based on their race/culture, income and age. Its nothing racist about it, humans naturally gather homogeneously with most things in life.

Kearny has always been scared of Harrison next door. Likely something to do with that.
