Call it fear mongering but I call it ignorance of the truth. Was there not a terrorist attack in NJ from the last time we accepted Afghanistan refugees?
So what? How is their living in NJ going to affect anyone in this forum. It's not. My son was deployed to Afghanistan. He said they are an incredibly kind, generous people with a great sense of humor. Seems to me we could use more of that, not less.

Its not the refugees Id be worried about. Im pretty sure they are not vetting each and every one coming in. How many terrorists will be in that group? Could it be thousands? It could.

I agree, they are probably some of the most thankful people to get out of that hell hole and really appreciate being anywhere but there.
The governor is kissing Biden butt and virtual signaling to the DNC It's a signal to the national party especially that if he runs for higher office or even re-election he wants their support because he 'supported' their agenda.
Most of the governors and politician volunteering to take refugees and in effect making a deal with the administration and DNC for political support not even necessarily funding for their state, county etc.

How odd. I doubt I'll ever run into any of them but if I did, I would treat them with respect until they gave me a reason not to. And that's true of anyone, not limited to any one group.
