Democraps primarily are the ones who support legalizing dangerous drugs like this. The ONLY other state to legalize Shrooms is another Blue state (Oregon).
You won't see Republican states like Texas legalizing this crap

The links you provided don’t prove anything. Or course there will be accidents when people choose to operate heavy machinery while intoxicated. No logicial person expects that number to be zero. The question is whether there will be a meaningful increase in these incidents if these mushrooms are legalized. The only way to properly assess that possibility beforehand is to look at other states that have legalized it. I’m not sure we have data on that yet.

Ok, assuming they do not have enough data as you suggested, wouldn't it be irresponsible to pass a law legalizing them without this data? Especially since it is just one more thing that can cause an accident! Lawmakers should be looking for ways to REDUCE accidents.

Go nuts over Tylenol.s broken seal but have no fear, ingest magic mushrooms. Now where can one find the meds and physical conditions that are contraindicated. Allergies to components, fillers? Who knows, take it and see if you live or if your personality is changed.

It is insanity and reckless, a public safety hazard to legalize psychedelics. Anyone who uses psychedelics is ineligible to legally own a firearm. Backdoor to gun control.

Next you are going to mention that there will be an age limit! that is good for a wink and a nod and a great big belly laugh.

Of ciggys are bad for your health, this will kill you!

You want psychedelics? You can't handle psychedelics!

Neither have I, but I'm told they can be a permanent cure for depression.

People who want to use them, will do so -- whether it's legal or not.

I did them a couple times while on a golf trip to Florida in November. Hadn't done them in at least 4 decades. Went out to a nice restaurant, a few drinks, in bed by 11, back on the course by 9 am.
