Hi i am having a whale of a time finding rentals in bayonne. Most of the list on craigslist for bayonne are all in those 2 familly houses.
When i drove around bayonne, there are many apartment buildings(between 24-47 street). Does anyone know/have the contact info for those buildings' rental office? I am sure some of those apartment buildings have rentals.
you can try a realtor or the bayonne community news. when i was searching a zillion years ago, the realtor took us to buildings, i don't believe there are "exclusive management companies" for these.
but look at the BCN, there are a ton of realtors that specifically work only rentals. good luck - if you're not familiar with bayonne and you want to know if a particular building is in a good area, post.

What is the BCN? I am heading to Bayonne on Monday to go apartment hunting, and I've been using craigslist. Any help on what BCN, I will venture to guess Bayonne County News??
just walk around between 30-40 streets on ave c ave b, there are quite a few apartments with for rent signs. But yeah it took me a while to find a good apt too, because most of the rentals are in those 2 family houses and i hate old houses.

A lot of those buildings are privately owned -- the owner may have one or two apartment buildings, and no formal rental office.
Check out the Community News -- they have apartment rentals listed every week. Alternatively, you could call City Hall and ask for the owner's contact information.
