Captain NJ: What in hell does Zimbabwe have to do with this conversation?
Oh, wait. Would this have something to do with the disdain that you clearly have for *particular groups*? Because I really cannot see the Zim-NJ link. You are beyond immature and silly and your posts keep getting lower. Just plain sad.

why are we pretending to be idiots in order to make our silly little points against me? its clear that i made that post in direct response to "wassup's" post suggesting i take pleasure from the misery of black people.

i am just calling it like i see it. if "wassup" or you have any problems with the predicament's of certain racial groups your should look at the group and not attack the people who point it out. your part of the problem.

Although I do not agree with anything Captain NJ says I do not think calling him immature or silly describes the intention of his posts. Sometimes using comedy or sarcasm can get a point across a lot better than a "mature and unsilly" post.

I'm a white guy living in East Orange. I don't feel threatened in any way. And my wife and I love our nice big fancy house the white people left behind when the left all vacated in the 70's. Plus, since things are run down for the most part, you can make a buck or two if you fix up the place. I imagine you'll start seeing a lot more of that in the near future.

how does your wife enjoy living in the area?

for me it would be very important not to live in a place like that but id expect it to be especially bad for my wife. i couldnt imagine making a decision to get a bigger fancier house and then on her way to the house my wife is attacked/mugged/raped, etc. id feel pretty guilty about that.

Default north grove st?

How is the area around N Grove St. as far as safety for a single female? I'm going to look at a place there this week.

Most of what people are saying on this forum represents the past East Orange. Check out Harrison Park Towers, The View on the Park, or any rental property in the Presidential Section of East Orange.

Hello All,

Sorry that I am just now responding. I just want to thank everyone for posting his or her comments. It is greatly appreciated.

I didn't mean to start up any "debates" (smile). All opinions/information were indeed welcomed and very helpful.
