Are you kidding me? The developers have been licking their chops at the thought of building up Morristown for years. They just knocked Epsteins down a while back and are going to build some huge condo building in its place. This is after those condo buildings were put up along Washington St.
The city gov has been talking about razing the Spanish neighborhood along Speedwell ave for years. That is an area that is ripe for development, and now that Cresitello is all p*ssed off at the spanish they might just actually go ahead and do it.
