I live in the Roselle area and am looking for a reasonably priced gym, (ie, under $30 a month, at the MOST $35). I know there is a Ballys in Clark, but I have heard many a horror story about how shifty they are with their super long contracts and such. Cranford, Roselle Park, Clark, Kenilworth, and Elmora area Elizabeth would be most convinient, but I would make an exception for a really good deal. I know myself, and if i have to travel too far out of the way going home from work or on a weekend, there is no way in hell i will get my butt up and go!

Any suggestions? I would love to hear any past experiences anyone has had with local gyms.

Is there a Retrofitness in your area? They have a monthly like $20 and $20-60 to sign up. Check them out.

There is actually a Retro Fitness right next to my Job in Piscataway. It looks nice eough however, there are no classes which honestly, is the main reason I would want to go. I have to be convinced I'm having fun when I'm exercising! haha
