I live in a home in Freehold NJ. Looking for a 55 and older development. I have a transportation business in marlboro and Manalapan would like to close by. Any recommendations? Pls

There are a number of 55+ along route 33 from Freehold to Monroe.

What are the HOA fees and what they cover and the Regulations of the community. The only advantage older ones over newer ones is that the older ones have everything in place already such as indoor pools etc and the newer ones are waiting for completion sometimes.If the builder runs into debt you might be waiting a long time.
