I phoned on Monday, Aug 24 after receiving a "Sorry We Missed You" notice (even though I was home all day) and was given a Confirmation number with redelivery scheduled for Tuesday, Aug 25th. After waiting around all day and no delivery on Tuesday, I phoned again and was given another Confirmation number with redelivery scheduled for Today, Wednesday Aug 26th. No delivery today either.
Why bother with confirmation numbers if they mean nothing?
When it comes to business, I take care of things the way they should be taken care of, and if I ran my business the way that the USPS has demonstrated to me, I wouldn't be surprised to be out of business.
