I am moving from Hoboken to Glen Rock, NJ in Bergen County and I am looking for a reputable mover. Any recommendations? Does anyone have experience with Mahwah Movers, Ridgewood Moving Services or Wade Odell Wade? Thanks!!

We used Tommy's in Hoboken twice. I thought they were good and their rates were low.

Ask how the mover how often he cleans out his trucks after someone moves. Now that bed bugs are the latest hard to get rid of pest, you can acquire them from places such as moving trucks, taxis, buses, as well as hotel rooms. Ask moving company what they do to prevent it (meaning: they move someone who perhaps doesn't know that they have bed bugs and eggs from mattress land up in moving truck, you use that mover and end up getting the eggs into your new home).
Just a thought.

I have used Topp's Moving and Storage twice. The gentleman that I generally deal with is Jay. They are ontime, professional and very reasonablly priced.

I just googled Topps and they seem to be one of the worst! I called Tommy's but their availability is limited towards the end of the month. Any other recommendations appreciated...

Morrissey's was spot on for us. Very easy to deal with and extremely fast.

Used Duffy Movers twice - competitive prices and was very happy with them. They are also one of the few companies that quote a set price, regardless of time (so you're not worrying about extra charges if the movers take longer than the estimated time).
