I think probably the only way it might, would be if we were fighting a more serious conflict where they'd need to build the forces up to over a million or so.

I read somewhere that since the beginning of the conflicts we're engaged with now, that recruiting numbers have been low.

Don't wait until June.
Oh gosh, the toast song, I believe it was bob & brian of a milwaukee or chicago radio show from eons ago.

Since we had to say goodbye to one of our fellow city users, I thought the "toast" song might have been appropriate? yeah toast!

Now see, with this sticky chat thread, no topic is "out of bounds".

Ghosts. we had a black dog, corky.
After my dad and mom moved into a house in southern illinois, corky would seemingly bark, and bark, and bark towards the middle of the area of dining room/living room area. What was his reason for barking at something we could not see? My dad suggested that maybe corky was barking at a ghost.

But, let's keep in mind, there are good and bad ghosts, just as there are good and bad people.

My grandmother used to tell a ghost story of back when she was a little girl and a couple of ghosts her and her family had living with them.
Good ghosts.
I've had a time or two when I felt another presence in the room with me but I didn't see anything.

Given what our armed forces have been, through no fault of thier own, used for during and since Viet-nam I would have simply accepted my 4-F and stayed home. I do not have any idea how my life would have turned out but I figure, but am not certain, the PTSD would be a bit less troublesome.

I do not "believe" in ghosts but I have had some interesting conversations with my hallucinations. Given the right circumstances I do not need drugs or alcohol to create, or remember, some full color and sound hallucinations. The trick is to know what is the hallucination and what is reality.
