The Riverwalk is under a complete renovation where it will be an outlet mall. This is great for the city because now there will be higher quality shopping in the city limits of New Orleans and shoppers won't have to go to Gonzales, Gulfport or even Houston to get that Outlet Mall experience and price for clothing.

This has been posted in New Orleans and Developments I believe. Oh well.

The whole mall is closed now, I can't wait to see what it looks like. The Riverwalk and Canal Place are pretty subpar for such a popular tourist city. Hopefully this will begin to change it all.

I have high hopes for the new Riverwalk . I'm looking to open a popcorn stand there. I think it could do well based on the volume projections of the new place.

It should be packed, especially connected to the cruise terminal. Is it going to be "New Orleans style"?

We plan to have a massive variety of flavors, but not necessarily "New Orleans Style". Is there a NOLA style popcorn?
