Greetings from Fredericton, New Brunswick in eastern Canada. My wife and I hope to spend our fourth consecutive anniversary Oct. 22 in your beautiful city. Our wish is to eat inside a restaurant. What is your gut feeling about our chances? And to make matters a bit trickier, we have free cancellation on our Bienville Ave.apartment until the end of August only. Thanks in advance and please stay safe.

Probably not gonna happen. I think we'll be on lockdown until 2021. But even then, New Orleans is a poor city and all of the good restaurants are family owned and theres no telling how they're going to take this.

Sorry OP, you can't have my gut. I'm still using it.

I wish you luck, but it may not be a good year to travel!

Society and the government won't hold out until 2021. It'll become anarchy. They can't keep printing money and handing it out.

The country will be open for business before the 4th of July.

Whats your suggestion? Let inflation and the national debt grow until we're crippled? Let the housing market crumble? Genius ideas.

Another outbreak where, ultimately, less than 1% die and the vast majority show almost no symptoms?

The horror!

Doesn't take a doctor to know we can't allow the world economy to tank for an extended period time.

Can't wait to hear what you think we should do once the unemployment payments/stimulus checks run dry. And what happens to the national debt and inflation very soon. I greatly look forward to your solutions.

Sweden didn't shut down their economy, close restaurants or schools. All they really did was encourage proper hygiene and to distance yourself it you are susceptible to pneumonia.

Dead bodies are being piled up in the middle of the streets. It's complete anarchy in Sweden.
