I live in a studio. It is a very fancy building...
It took 7 days for HPD to approve me.
I wish you good luck, its a great place to live.
I have a friend who lives in 530 and 510 and they are both say the same.

Wow, 7 days was good. Im not sure why it is taking so long for me. The agent called and said it was taking long for HPD to approve but nothing to worry about. Did she choose building 550 for you? I really want to be in that building! Its so beautiful. I have been assigned a 1 bedroom. thx

just wondering: how do they determine if you qualify for a studio or 1 bedroom? because the incomes overlap a little for those 2..

Ok, it depends on which units on which buildings are available at the time all your approvals go thru; but keep praying like I did because all the buildings are extremely nice so don't worry... We still hit the lotto living on any of them!!

Just curious do anyone that got approve feel any way being that some of the buildings are totally affordable ?, like everyone will know you have one of "those"apartments or do you not give a crap ,just curious. I have a lottery apartment also n I think I would feel a little funny if I was separated from the market rate tenants (but wouldn't pass on it in a million yrs )
