Hi everyone, I just got off the phone with a Rep @ Winn Residental & they still don't have a definite move in date as of yet! :-( ARGH...
Thanks for the update was thinking about calling myself. God willing we will all get that call soon. Let's try to be possitive and patient. It's hard I know I have my days .....
Just spoke to a rep at the NYC Dept of buildings, stated they are not holding up anything the problem is with Macedonia Plaza LLC and the architects Geppaul Architects (Gerard Paul-Owner) according to the city they have not even applied for a certificate of occupancy and have plenty of stuff to take care of. Basically the problem is the architect who in many cases on big projects like this, end up in a fued with the owner of the property to stall the project and squeeze more money which affects us. My opinion is to put pressure on Macedonia and Geppaul Architects. They where quick to collect the money from everyone.
I just won a middle income lottery 1 stop from Manhattan in Queens and love the Flushing area. Great food and courteous people, but I'm shocked this lottery has been doing tenant selection for almost 2 years. That's ridiculous.
Does anyone who has moved in know the majority of the nationalities for the tenants that have moved in so far? I was just curious.
Also, hang in there everyone. Mine was a painful process but it'll pay off at the end especially at those prices.

I don't think anyone has moved in just yet. How long did you have to wait after giving your deposit down? Thank you
