The move in dates will be arranged once we receive the keys in 2 weeks. Hopefully we should be moved in no later than early to mid November. Mgmt stated that they hope to have the building fully filled by early December.

Can someone tell me what the interview process is like? Do they look over your paperwork and ask you questions right there or do you just drop off the paperwork, leave, and wait for a call?
Also, if you get to view the apartment and put a deposit, is it just one month's rent?
Thanks for your help. My interview is Monday, I'm extremely nervous and want to be fully prepared.
Rent stabilized or rent decreases if you lose your job?
I think only section 8 adjusts rents based on loss of job.
If your lottery was like mine then they'll only collect paper work, run credit check and get back to you. They won't be doing an interview because all the questions on the initial application is already an interview.
today i got call from wynn residential..
i don't have to send any other document, but they gonna send my information to some institute get approve for next step....
Went to my interview, handed in all the paperwork, and now impatiently waiting for a response. How long did it take you guys to get a response? Sorry if I'm asking annoying questions. I know most of you posting already have the apartment, and I'm just at the beginning.
Is it really an interview or just dropping off paperwork?
My lottery only needed paperwork. There was no interview. Maybe you have an interview because this is a low income lottery and practically free at these price points?
No, it wasn't really an interview. I just called it that because that's what it said on the letter. Basically, I handed in my paperwork, filled out forms, and signed a bunch of papers. Being low income, the rent I'd be paying is a little over 50% of my income, so definitely not practically free for me.
