Just signed the lease today at Macedonia Plaza & Winn Residential will no longer be the management company. BRP Will now be managing the building. BRP, will be calling us in 2 weeks or so to give us the keys to our apartments & also to set up move in dates. They said they hope to have everybody moved in by early December.

thank you very much for the update . I haven't gotten a call yet I was told they are calling everyone by oder there application was accepted.Look foward to moving in soon.

I send all my paper monday they say they gona call me to sign the lease

U sign the lease and pay ur monthly rent or u just sign the lease

Wait a minute. What does this mean for people who are just getting called for interviews? My interview is on Monday at Winn Residential. Uh-oh. I hope this interview is not going to be pointless after I spent all week getting my paperwork together.

And they say they will call you in 2 weeks so we start moving 1 week December
