I checked the website for the buildings certificate of occupancy and they have JUST gotten one, it was just posted up yesterday I've been stalking that website to see. So hopefully we all start getting those lease signing calls! Pray!!!
I met the super yesterday he's really nice it's was funny bc he stormed into my apartment when I was jumping of joy by mistake to check something in my kitchen lol he was like I'm sorry !! I was like oh it's fine I'm one of your new Tenate he was like welcome welcome lol
Can a building still get a certificate of occupancy even with a plumbing issue? Not really sure how this works... all I know is 3 days ago they didn't have one and now they do so hopefully this is good news to us all!

I have no idea but the people doing the final touches told me that is what they working on and that we can't move in until it's fixed I asked about when and he said hopefully by the end of this week or next week it should be fixed at this point I'm willing to put a hard hat on to help them finish the process lol!!!

All I did was type in Google certificate of occupancy and the buildings website came up and then there is a Link that you can click that says search certificate of occupancy and then you type in the address of the building and all of their information comes up
