She has been a great help to me cause my papers has been so difficult and thanks to gina I still have hope in getting my apartment.
There still sending in files to the city for approvals. Just be happy they haven't called any of you for missing papers cause that means the next calls will be the leasing date.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. That at least they aren't asking for anything else. Last I spoke to her she said that the ppl that had gotten approved (mostly preferences) that the management is going to request more pay stubs and income verification since they got approved a while back, and they want to make sure their income is still the same. She said that the second agency hasn't came back with my file with approval that she still waiting. That once they have all that settled, she will give out the lease signing dates.

Idk if she meant just me (since I'm just still waiting for city approval), but she did say that those who had gotten approved a long time ago are going to be asked for more income pay stubs just to verify Cus management wants to make sure that they are still making the same income they did when first interviewed.
That's why they say you can apply for more than one I like prospect please but it all comes down to the rent
