They told me today no cats or dogs. But ask bc I'm not certain. It wasn't a topic I was concern about so I didn't elaborate. So just ask to be sure

This whole process turned me into a stalker lmao I've been checking to see if they've issued the certificate of occupancy everyday! I just checked online and a temporary one was issued today, so it looks like lease signings will probably begin next week as I was told yesterday!!

Yeah she told me the same thing. That next week she's going to call for lease signing, and move in date is going to be first week of May. She's been very helpful unlike the other ladies when I used to call and they gave me the run arounds. Since I talked to Gina I know she will give me straight answers and wouldn't catch an attitude. I'm definitely taking her at least some flowers when I go sign my lease. (I really thought I wasn't gonna get an apartment the way things were going at the beginning for me).
