You should def be hearing from them very soon.. Since your credit cleared your pretty much good to go.. As for the court, I don't think they will contact your landlord so how else will they know that you are going to court.. If for whatever reason it does come up you have to tell them the truth.. You tell them that you're in the process of it because they wanted more rent and you can't afford it.. I know you'll be fine! When was your interview again
