Looks like the one year hiatus has been shortened.

I received an e-mail stating that more Apartments are available since we're on the waiting list. We will send in the doc's as fast as we can. Do not worry too much, Hchen. The #1 rule is never abandon your neighbor, because he's the one who will be by your side during a zombie apocalypse (i'm trying to lighten the mood a bit, please forgive me). Let's both stay in contact here, and then see how it goes.

We're not here to jump the line, we want to do things as fairly as possible when our turn comes.

Secondly, i'm going to assume your parents are just visiting a diff. country for the meantime? If so, tell them to come back ASAP. You guys were in front of us. I hope you get everything done in time.

Hey, how's it going? Shortly after I got the e-mail stating that more units are available I excitingly jumped right on here to notice Hchen42 having a similar situation, so I couldn't recall the income bracket response he gave back in November. Now that i'm back on again, I do recall it, which is great, because if different income brackets yield different outcomes, then it will all end well.

So let's see, we just recently updated all of our documents on file with our specialist. We're just waiting patiently now to see what units are available once everything is said and done.

Thank You. And oh yeah, they asked for our 2016 Tax Return (the one you file this year). Our tax preparer understood the emergency of the situation, so we got everything in on time.

Log #9xx -- You aren't too far off. Some threads say around Log #3,000 and below are favorable. I'd say specifically for the Via atm is possibly 1,500-ish tops (in my opinion). I just find the whole experience with the stars being aligned in an awesome way. My mom has worked on 57th st for like forever, and i've been around simulated game environments (i.e., Halo-Halo4, Minecraft, and Terraria ). So I can really understand the beauty of the Via.

If you've ever had Hamsters or Fish as a child, you'd probably get happy and smile a lot when they would go and hide in their little caves or corners. I used to have this very territorial rainbow cichlid that really loved this one modular cave that I bought with many hiding spots from petco. About 3 months into them being together in my 50 gallon tank he eventually stopped mean, and it eventually accepted my 2 gourami dwarfs to stay near to it.

I'm just glad that they gave you a chance to be on the waiting list for a 2BD. Since we aren't too far off, they'll get to you eventually. Good Luck on the other 2 as well.

We should be grateful for the things we have been given, because not everyone in life is always given a second chance. Being humble is always the first step in my opinion. That being said, we're still waiting to see what happens next.
