I contacted 5th Ave Committee again and they said there is "an issue" between the City of New York and the developer and until it is resolved HDP will not review any files for 365 Bond St. They would not be more specific on what the issue was. I think it's worth filing a formal complaint to the city. If Bond st hasn't come close to filling the Cb preference, it means they haven't even begun with the other 50% of the affordable housing units. At some point many of the original applicants will no longer be eligible do to increases in salary, moving or other changes in their personal lives. REDICULOUS.

Wow that is crazy, poor communication with the 5th ave committee and us, if they knew it was a stand still contact the people who are waiting for hpd approval I'm quite sure we have to submit everything all over again it's been since December that I submitted all my documents

Just got an email recently about this building. It was a mini lottery. They asked me to submit all my paperwork which I’ve done so. Does this mean there is a high chance I’m getting an apartment? What does the timeline look like for this? Or am I just getting my hopes up?
