I already told hubby we are becoming one of the obnoxious shoeless households and I totally in my head had surgical feet cover things on my to buy list!! And yes fluffy slipper totally allowed/encouraged. We get our keys Dec 1st! We aren’t moving everything right away but will start moving small things I’ve rthe course of December. I’m hoping my immune systems builds back up I’ve been fighting a stupid raging cold virus no kidding for the last month. I think my immune system had a breakdown once we found out we were approved.

Yessss! Love that it’s non smoking! Although someone had smoked in our bathroom when we did the walk through it reeked. I wasn’t happy and brought it to the attention the Lease Administrator. As long as it’s cleaned well and doesn’t reek when we move I’ll be ok but I was pissed bc I was so excited about the non smoking aspect of building and of course now someone has smoked in our brand new bathroom. Oh well I’ll do walk through when we pick up our keys and make sure all the minor issues we pointed out were addressed (big piece of wood missing on the floor/missing door stopper and the cigarette smell.

Oh Marsha I can totally understand your irritation BUT this is good news they are reviewing your file getting all ready and pretty for HDC! Trust me I was going to jump out of my skin when HDC asked us for an updated letter regarding the same fraking question we had answered like 5 times during this entire process. BUT after that we were approved so send them whatever they want.

thats good stuff..atleast now theres motion on your case once again. and this is literally for HDC, i was asked for the same..some docs expired during their 1.5mth audit period.. and then..next day "approval from hdc"
