Now I haven't received a wait list letter or rejection. I've gone to the office on a few occasions and they said nothing was sent out as far as those letters. Now I hear that almost everyone received a waiting list letter. My question now is does it mean I just didn't get mine yet, am I in the middle income band and still in the running or did they calculate my income to be in the higher rental bracket which is insane. I may have to go to the office today to find out what's going on.
When I spoke to someone at MHANY last week they told me I had not been placed on the wait list and had no rejection letter on file. This week I was contacted by HDC via email stating that I was now on the waitlist. I would suggest getting in contact with HDC because you would hate to go done to MHANY and they tel you the same thing they told you last time.

Was your waitlist letter from HDC or MHANY? I think most of us got one yesterday from MHANY.
I'm shocked to see how many people with low log numbers (less than 5000) AND a CB preference are still getting waitlisted between 461 Dean and 535 Carlton.
Hey Latashaw83, I guess I just missed you maybe not it depends on what you had on. I just came back and the sad news is that I am on the waiting list as well. I just didn't get the email yet. I was told that the CB preference groups took basically all of the middle income bands that most of us was going for, then the Disability and when it came to the Municipal basically there was next to nothing left in that Middle Income band. That's the news of the day.
