I don't know what ONT COAX is, but it has that cable thing on the wall that you screw the big thick white cable cord into. You can use your own wireless router. When you make your appointment with Spectrum, make sure they know it is a new apartment and you are the first one to live in it, because the cable guy has to do something extra in the building closet or something. But the building is set up for whatever it is they need and they know what they need to do.
So Spectrum is better choice than FIOS. I just wonder if I need to use router from FIOS (without pay $10 per month rant fee). Fios offer $39.99 for 100/100 speed right now. Right now I pay $64.99 per month to Spectrum.

Copperdreams - I know this may be a crazy question, are there ceiling lights in the living room and bedroom? I see that there is ceiling lights in the kitchen. Hence I have not seen my apt yet. Patiently waiting.
That's a good question, I can't remember seeing them.
