Same question, on the rooftop, grills bbq space, we need to reserve and pay extra fee, right? Is there limit for bring friends to rooftop grills?
For all the amenity spaces, each resident can bring two guests at time. For amenities that require a membership fee, like the gym (but which is no additional charge to affordable tenants) you can bring up to 3 guests per month for no charge. After you have had 3 guests in a month, you would have to pay $30 for each guest (affordable tenants also have to pay for guests over 3 in a month).
Whenever it opens, the East Tower rooftop amenities (infinity pool, bbq grills, etc.) will be seasonal -- summer months -- and will require its own additional membership fee. We don't know yet what the membership fee will be and whether it too will be no charge to affordable tenants. But you don't have to reserve the rooftop amenities, you can use them anytime if you have membership. However, you CAN reserve/rent any of the amenity spaces for your exclusive use for a private event, in which case you would be able to have whatever the limit is for the number of guests for private events -- like maybe 30 people or something. Of course, there is a significant fee to reserve/rent amenity space for private events.
