You can't drill into the tile in the bathroom. But also you can't drill into any of the walls that face the outside of the building. So not into any of the walls on the Copper sides of the building.

Interesting. Did they provide any reason as to why not to drill on the copper side?

I would imagine it has something to do with the windows since all the windows are on the copper side.

Prob just isn't safe to do.

I spoke with HPD today that confirmed that they finally had my file and that I should call back at another time because the project manager wasn't in today!

Everything else the freight elevator is required
But be careful for IKEA delivery. My friend got lots of trouble from them, missing parts, pcs broken, broke the wall.
Check everything you get when they deliver your stuffs.

You need to ask to the management office to schedule the time. If you have the oversize furniture (larger than suitcase), you need to get the moving company which can provide Certificate of Insurance to the office.
