I would probably say the drilling part or nailing...I don't know how I am going to get my TV's up on the wall. (Since I usually pay for it to get done) But I believe management might know someone who will end up doing it for me.
the craziest thing was the sublease part i think. i thought sublets / subleases were not allowed but it says right there in the lease that they are pending owner approval.
i asked about that and they said no it's not allowed. but i said it's spelled our right there in the lease. in two different areas. one specifically for affordable housing that says only if the owner approves and only if you're not making a profit. you could only sublease for the exact amount of your lease.
and yeah they are super serious about holes in the walls. i've only ever lived in super old buildings and i've hung a million things. but i guess not here.
and i really want to know how hanging something on the wall with the windows will damage the outside facade. are the walls that thin? literally NOTHING allowed on the window walls. not even a picture frame.
