I just noticed that the CO is only 1 page for both buildings... So I'll say there is a whole LOT of work to be done before they are ready for tenants. However the guideline changes could play a part in why they are taking forever (4 months is forever in this forum) to start interviews. So yeah this could become another 461Dean thread if they started interviews wayyyy before the buildings are at least 3/4 finished.

Hello,

I just found this forum today. Great way to stay hopeful and informed on the process. My log # is in the 3Ks and I am staying positive. It'd be a dream come true to live in such luxurious building.

Good luck to everyone.

That's actually incorrect. I called the leasing office and they say some leases have been signed for market rate tenants. People will begin moving in on March 1st.

Ok. Thanks for the update! I really hope that that's what's going to happen, then hopefully BG will start interviews very very soon. Yay to eagerly awaiting March 1st!

When were you contacted? What exactly did they ask for? Is there an interview?

How was Breaking Ground at the interview? I am hoping someone will ask them about whether half of the community board units are already being set aside for homeless referrals.
