Your very welcome!

I agree I cant afford that price range either lol

Unfortunately we have to take the good with the bad and the bad with the good lol.

You're going to have your bad, worst, nasty, good, tenants in all buildings.. That's just how life is.. its sad that there has been a few hiccups especially the fire that happened on my floor, and I think there was someone on my floor with a dog,I no longer hear the barking so im sure that tenant maybe got in trouble? But I know when you sign your lease, on it its say no smoking in the building or pets . So if they find out, your in trouble. I don't know why people would want to risk losing their apartments over. SMH

But I can say for sure the super does his damn job that's for sure!

If you like what you saw as far as the apartment goes, then take it and just do a 1 yr lease and take it from there.. There are so many more buildings beening built up so if nothing changes within the building you can always apply somewhere else.

People shouldn't destroy where they live, even if they were paying 32 cents. It's completely asinine.

First find out if there are other apts your size still open. If so talk to management. I would talk to management in a calm manner. But tell them you need a transfer to one of the open apts. State all the issues, have it documented. Worst they can say is no. If they say no call 311 on them .

Babygirl49 & Jimmie483 , i apologize .. I meant 2 bedroom. But the rent is $1458 so I'm guessing maybe it's bigger than the other 2 bedrooms??

Honestly jazz all 1/2/3 bedrooms are pretty much the same size just different layouts. 3 bedrooms might be slightly bigger due to the rooms. But yeah ...

^^ what Jimmie said as well.. if u already know what unit u were assigned to there is a layout of the apartments on page 30+ if it's still up that someone posted.
