My Log number was 1XXX, I fell under the community board preference. I do believe we went in for an interview on the same day. If your credit was pulled and you have a fair credit I do not see why one would be denied. My credit was pulled a month after the interview. Usually that is a good sign. If denied, they have to return the $25.00 money order that is used to look at one's credit report. In my opinion, Once and individuals credit is pulled everything is on the hands of HPD.

Wow , definitely a great log number, i do also fell uncer CB. i do remember everyone on the interview. my credit was pulled 12-08-2016 month after your . a week letter my file was hand over to someone at office, got a call for missing documents, and my final week that i got a call was 22 of december, so i believe my credit pass and they just waiting for HDp approval. I also have his/her extension at the office .
Well there were missed payments in 2015 but everything is on track now. Especially since then regarding on time payments.
Also I had items in collection but they were all paid years ago.
There go <> do you know what's going to happen now ?> you have to prove it , sending all necessary papers, which also mean your chances of getting the APT diminish, they have to start all over . hopefully there will be apt available at that time. Good Luck .
