I have been speaking into existence and I say this is my future building ( fingers crossed ) . I noticed all the units have air conditioners built in. Does anyone else know of any other amenities I know promised was laundry in every floor and a green roof.

If you have no credit cards or banks in your name you have no credit which then make it look like bad credit.
