I feel these workers were there to collect documents but don't know much about the process itself. I am thinking the files will go to a committee for review. Then they'll determine qualifications based on income and other criteria.

I agree! The people seemed to just be people that collect documents because my lady went and asked another lady a few questions because she wasn't sure about a few things. That kind of gets me nervous because what if then they contact us for more documents because there are things missing? But whatever.... woosah... I'm sure they probably have done this more than a few times.

What's really up with these log numbers? Some people are saying it's just for identification purposes and others are saying that's your spot in line lol but what's really the truth cause even though I have preference my number is still high...really high and that's making me nervous not knowing what exactly it's for but like someone said on the last page if it's already gods plan for you no log number or nothing else matters I gotta stop creeping myself out and obsessing so much but finding an affordable place in NYC is like "where's Waldo" I'm just over it and being that this is my first lottery experience and first apartment period (if I get it) I'm running around like a chicken with its head cut off but I'm done I'm not gonna think about it or talk about it or stress about it lol good luck to everyone once again

I feel the same way too.. Im gonna step away from here until i get some kind of response whether good or bad. Might stop in from time to time. I refuse to drive myself crazy. If its meant for me or anyone else here it will be. So i will update in 6-8 weeks once i get a response.

Hey guys, when I was at the interview, she told me the first week interview are only for city workers and/or community board so the log numbers doesn't matter for us. They have to fill up 50 % (75 units ) with the community board and city workers and then everyone else. We are considered priority.
