Once you pick a date/time, they will send you confirmation and location of your interview. But I think it's in one of their locations in the Bronx.
For anyone interested, floor plan and other details are available online. Go to ACRIS (Automated City Register Information System) and search by business name (just enter building # & street).

I had the same problem. You have to create an account using the link provided. Once the account is created, you should be able to make the appointment. A "booking" confirmation should pop up right away. Then mgmt will send you a follow up email in a day or two to confirm your appointment and location info. Creating the account is fairly simple. Click on link ---- scroll down and click "sign in" then "create new user account," enter email/password "create." At this point, you can schedule your appointment.
Ok im going to have to email these people or call- Because when I originally logged in it didnt say I had to register,so I clicked on the time and day that I wanted put in my name and log # -and it was confirmed. Then I went back to the site to locate the time I took and didn't see anything. Now it says the day is already booked. So im not even sure it took the day and time I requested previously without even registering first..But when I did it said I have no appointments scheduled. ughhhhhhhhhhhh..

I never registered, I only put my log number and picked a date. Afterwards i realized I had no address for the interview, so I emailed and called them and they emailed me back saying they were going to send out appointment confirmations with the address of the interview.
