I did the interview with 3160 park ave and went to see the apartment.. Can I tell you that this building is off the chains.. The bedrooms are super big and Windows are huge.. There is central heating and air, electric stove and laundry room on every floor.. Can I say your crazy if you don't like it.. Its like having a Manhattan apartment in the Bronx.
