I was selected to be interviewed for an apartment in a new building currently under construction, located at 3160 Park Ave., in the Bronx. Based on my income, i am looking to pay about $1208 for a one bedroom. I welcome any information you can provide about the neighborhood and surrounding area. No, I haven't heard anything yet. I was told to expect a decision in 6-8 weeks. If they're on schedule, maybe I'll hear from them next week. I'll be sure to post an update if/when I hear from them.
