Hey Jimmie,

I'm still hanging in there and keeping faith. Just nerve racking why they can't give me any information regarding my application other than it's still in process.

Hello everyone!

They just emailed me today asking me for more papers, they want to know how much I made the last 12 months....im assuming it's taking longer because my job is a 1099 job (meaning they don't give us w2's at the end of the year we get 1099's like independent contractors) I don't think I'm at the hdc level yet, but my credit was checked, I continue sending them paperwork and I am definitely in the income bracket for a 2 bedroom, so as long as I continue doing my part, I will wait. but this process is definitely draining. Thank God for you guys! If it wasn't for this forum I think I would lose my mind more than its already been lost lol

Hello everyone, sorry for the late post, just needed to vent a little. I am not understanding what is going on. I continue to call every week and its the same, in process. Everyone has posted that their credit has been checked a couple of days after they submitted their application. My credit has not been checked yet. I went to the interview on 1/20/17 and I submitted the 5 day notice request on 2/5/17. Unless they r checking experian cause credit karma only has transunion and equifax and they have no inquiries. My son is still in Basic Training in the Army and didnt go to the interview. I asked her if this was the reason why it was taking so long she said they were already aware of my sutuation. This has not been my first interview with wavecrest. I went to the interview and process with another building they have webster commons and they ran my credit then so I dont know if they r using that report since its been less than a year. At that time I did not get it because the process to get the Sec 8 transfer voucher took too long. They were going to process it without the voucer but at that time my income was in the 30s and the debt to income ratio was too high since they were looking at the student loans too. For this apartment the household income has increased 3x upper $90s and I no longer have the Sec 8. I will continue to pray. Thanks for sharing your processess. Congrats to those that have already gotten approved.

Good morning

Just hold on.. Some credits get check faster than others. Like me mines got checked 2 1/2 moNths later. But im guessing since the building already has People living there. Maybe the process wont be as long hopefully. Just hold tight, if ur credit hasnt been checked that means they havent gotten to your file yet. Once its checked then i would followup and call every two weeks or so to see exactly where their at with your file. I know its hard. Trust me i know. Still have my fingers crossed. But dont call now ,its gonna stress you the ish out and thats not good. Once you get that alert that ur credit has been pulled then followup a couple of weeks after. Thats means they have your file . But even so i would wait a month out after they pull your file. Because rejections come quick from what i heard. Lets keep praying hun. Its gonna be a long wait. Just remember they have 150+ apartments to fill. That building is way empty. Also i think because some of us were in the firsy batch of interviews that could also be why we were contacted so quickly.
