Cause the side of the building looks like theirs another entrance and on the elevator it says 3160 park but it's 855 courtlandt and yeah I seen a couple of people chilling in the lounge when I was going in and out and from what the super says theirs no "lounging" so idk

Hmm maybe its an entrance or exiting stairwell? I know theres a parking garage around the corner, so maybe thats it? Who knows... I heard a supermarket will be around the corner..

When you get your keys they give you an envelope with the 1 year warranty for the store and fridge and they have a paper on how to set up the intercom, you have to register your self online. Mines wasn't working I told the super I will be on top of him on that
