Oh ok, I thought I saw in a previous thread that you got into Stuytown in the 80% AMI bracket, so I was confused.

Yes, but you'll learn that every place calculates differently. Some include 401k earnings/employer contributions, some don't, some include bonuses, etc.

Okay, went passed the building. The security guard that I spoke with last week was off the security guard that was there said she had no new news. Boards and barriers are still up so I couldn't tell if more work had been done. Hard to figure out what the plan my be. Just have to wait it out. Hope this week brings news of movement.
