Anasimon - I was just in the same situation and thanks to the suggestions of the nice people on this board and some persistence I was finally able to schedule my interview with Brianna. Not sure if she's the person you are slated to see but I would suggest emailing rather than calling. It took a few attempts on my part but I finally got my interview date lined up. Be persistent! Give her a specific date and time because that's what she is looking for. She'll tell you if that works and if not then she'll suggest an alternative. I hope this helps. Best of luck!

The letter and e-mail was received from Lemisha Brown. Getting very anxious since I don't want to miss this.

I was surprised too. I was waiting for them to check my credit and cash the money order. Was checking if the money order was cashed every day haha, and then finally it did after two weeks!
My file is now with the Leasing Specialist, who emailed asking some questions about my deposits, legal last name change etc.. EVERYTHING again which I explained and submitted!! Noirkervin, do you know what that means? Why is he asking the same thing again? I have already explained and submitted it all. Is that a good sign or not?

You need to call 311,they can put you in touch with whomever over that building(each building have a city representative to oversee the renting and to make sure they the management that hired by the owners do things right .and I can tell you now breaking ground lie like water flow.

Have you heard back? I got a call that my application got approved and they want to meet with me to sign papers and send to HPD for approval. I'm guessing you shouldn't be far behind me. Not sure where exactly I stand in the process but I believe after HPD approval you see the apt and sign lease, right? Anyone knows how long HPD usually takes on approvals?

Great news! Congratulations! Yes, I think that is exactly the process. When are you meeting them to sign papers, next week?

HPD takes anytime from few days to two-three weeks, it all depends.

My application is with the Leasing Specialist and I am just waiting now... You have a CB preference, my log is 6** no preference, so definitely after you
